Continued calling despite our number listed as do-not-call

They are calling my parents house after 10 p.m. every night asking them to call back about me. They will not give any other information other than it involves me and my social security number. I have told my parents not to give out any information to them at all. I have never received a letter so if this is an attempt to collect a debt they are going about it the wrong way. They have been asked to cease and desist but they continue. My parents are on the do not call list and since they do not have a debt with this company - they legally cannot continue to call them. They are very rude and harass my parents and it really makes me mad.

Just got a call about 10min ago. The girl said "Hello" then laughed and hung up. The lazy ass operators don't want to get involved. So no chance of tracking down who is doing this. THere has got to be some law against it. Harrassment or something. This has gone far beyond a prank. Its going to the area of criminal. I'LL PRESS CHARGES, or MY FOOT AGAINST THEIR ASSES.

I get these sales calls every day on my cell phone from this number. How do I get them to stop? I call back and it says its not a good area code. Really a pain.

Keeps asking for Dorothy Buckley - she's not had this number in two years.

Just calls a couple of times a day and does not say anything

The recorded message claimed that they were calling from cardholder services and that this was my "final notification" regarding lowering my interest rates. The number they called is my company cell phone and company card I have is not a Visa or Mastercard. OBVIOUSLY A SCAM. When I held for "the next available representative" the person who answered hung up mid-sentence when I asked that the number be removed.
